Performance metrics that provide information about a company’s performance in non-monetary terms and that cannot be expressed in monetary units.

Companies are becoming increasingly interested in non-financial performance metrics that, when combined with financial performance measures, adequately capture a company’s strengths and weaknesses. Non-Financial Performance can also be changed into monetary units, as with money saved after containing water pollution.
