The investment risk resulting from a failure to keep global temperature rises to below 2°C above pre-industrial levels / risk resulting from the negative effects of Climate Change. Some of these effects are slower in onset, such as changes in temperature and precipitation, which can lead to drought or challenges for agriculture. Some effects that happen faster are tropical storms and floods. Climate Risk poses an obstacle for Sustainable Development.
